Done Last everyting

Hi, i have change my nametag in minecraft, so, i have lost all my item and house in our server...its normal??

 

My new Nametag is ''J0hn_wick'' ans my last is ''Chuuck_n0rris''

 

If you click the gear in the top right of the forum and click "update username" that will update it on the forums, as for transferring your claims (if that is the problem), I believe a moderator will need to help you with that.

 

A Sr mod + will need to transfer your claim for you and an admin will need to transfer your inventory/baubles (if that doesn't sync).

yes, is for transfer all my thing in game (item, claim, etc..)

 

I checked your claim, it already belongs to J0hn_Wick. Could you please verify whether that works for you.

I also manually transferred all your items over. Did you have any baubles ? If yes, I have to get an admin involved as @bigbluu722 already mentioned.
