Sky Factory 3 node 1 mob cap

    I think there may be a server config somewhere in which the mob cap has been reduced from ~20 per player per active chunk to about 5 per player per loaded chunk. This means if someone has a mob farm with a powered spawner and an octadic capacitor it will instantly fill the mob cap and nobody else's passive mob spawner will function, even with cursed earth and a large spawning pad.
