Today i found this Modpack on the FTB subreddit and after looking over the list 0f mods added, I became quite interested the modpack. Was wondering if we still have some open server slots to add this thing in? Curse: Overview - Yonder - Modpacks - Projects - Minecraft CurseForge
As mentioned above, it has Advanced Rocketry, wich adds a whole new system to make rockets and starbases and allow u to visit asteroid fields and other planets. It also adds Village Box, a mod wich adds tons of features to villages and villagers, you can create your very own kingdom of villagers with over 30 new villager jobs. Furthermore, it adds Aether Legacy, a port of the old Aether mod, which adds a whole new dimension to explore. Besides those some other mods that i dont see first glance in the other modpacks.
The reason most of these mods are not seen in more popular packs is usually due to them being still in continues feature development and hence are quite unstable which makes it all the more difficult to run a server.
I dont think a modpack like this would do good on a server. it has ALOT of fairly anoying features, and modpacks with alot of anoying features generally dont make it as a server because too many players will get too anoyed with it or just dont feel like even trying anymore. still, im hoping to see a new, questrelated modpack show up on mym. ive finished every single quest-book pack at least once already, some even 3 times. so, something new would be nice. preferably 1.10 ofcourse.
Hm.... Village box has spawning issues with sponge Advance rocketry has dimension loading issues on servers. Aka galactic science And unless the rewrote the aether from the ground up i dont think it is going to be nice to servers.
