Done Donor Perk: /pheal

    Many people were under the impression that the tier 4+ command /pheal (Command that heals pokemon immediately) would be for tier 3 as well, but sadly this is not the case. If it be possible, could this be a tier 3 command as well.

    This is Tier 4. This probably will not change.

    /heal is a Tier 4 perk, I fail to see why anyone would presume /pheal would be lower Tier, it is a more powerful command within the Pixelmon framework.
