From what I know and how it works, You can privately trade items to other players, IF, They can make it themselves already. So for your case you would have to already have a activated division sigil, and a good amount of iron and diamonds. The catch is that it has to be a private trade, If you're talking about it in global chat, That's when it is against the rules.

No Kronnn necessary. Here is how it is: No trading or selling of any byproduct or product from activated division sigils. If you die and lose one, YOU should make another one. Most people who can make these already have no problems making another one. Creative flight in any way shape or form traded or sold is against the rules of trading end game items. However, what you do in private is your business. People trade/sell end game items in private all the time. If they wish to destroy their playing experience by short-cutting, then that's on them. Why? What if it was a pseudo-inversion sigil and I died and lost it, should I not be able to buy another one like any other endgame item? Also, if you notice, this is in FTB beyond, which is where division sigils do not exist, what then? I also did not ask about division sigils, I asked CREATIVE FLIGHT ITEMS, which includes other things (draconic chestplates, flugel tiaras, flight belts in infinity, bat's wings in the 1.10 servers, etc.), what about those items? I would like to know because those seem to be included when I asked aswell
Same answer applies. You used the angel ring as an example therefore I quoted said example in our reasoning. As it stands right now there is nothing changing any of our rules to state that creative flight items are allowed to be traded/sold. So the current rules stand. If you believe this is a rule that should be amended please make a poll so we can get enough of a response to investigate it. Refer to my previous post. I'm not repeating the rules.

Chugga the answer is there man... come on. It really doesnt matter how its re-worded its the same. There are a lot of servers that have the rule of "If you can acquire it yourself already".. And that's based off of the server. Regrowth for example, heavy end game and a lot of arguments to determine what is and isn't. Beyond may not have division sigils but it does have DE, bot, witch, and other things that do offer creative flight the same as any of our other modpacks with those mods. No difference. No change. Just because the server is new the rules aren't. So again... I'll reiterate. UNTIL the rule is either changed or omitted completely it stays how its always been. And as a long standing member of this network, I'm sure you're able to quote the rules as much as I at this point.
so if you can acquire it yourself already you can buy it, which is what I asked, because this was the rule, and I'm now being told it's not the rule... I'm literally asking this... so it's a YES? This is why I am asking, because there are conflicting rules here and you are not helping by shutting me down and not explaining that yes, it is an exception to the rule or no, it is not an exception to the rule...
I will reiterate once again. This was said in that post you linked. As well as what I said above. And this DOES answer you. The PUBLIC selling/trading of end game items is prohibited. What you do in private is your own business. What more do you require clarity on chugga? Its all very simple.
