Greetings, the question may sound stupid, but it won't with some context: Me and my friend recently started a new playthrough. We've come to the point of unstable ingots and the reinforced watering can. Last playthrough though, we BOTH sacrificed a heart for a soul fragment, because we lost it the first time. This means we both have 90% base health, and just "let the other dude take the heart this time" is not a fair solution. Now my question, since we reset our island, is it possible to also "reset" this -10% base health thing or atleast get a soul fragment? I know it sounds a little like handing out items, but hearts arent saved per-island but per-person, so even though we were just starting out, we both still only had 9 hearts.
It is possible for the staff to reset both of your health back to 10 max. I think they would need both you and your friends in game names.
Hey there, I will tag our @Junior Administrator team to reset you, and your friends health. All we need is both your in game names. Thank you for your patience. -Colin
If you reset your island this should also reset, from the looks of it you still have inventories and Tinker's heart containers.
Well, both of us reset our islands, for some reason we kept armor (my jetpack) and our heart containers, and the hearts were still missing. We now have inventories because we started this about 3 days ago and already have a bit of progess.
Went ahead and reset your health. Will need a screenshot of consent from your friend to reset his as well. -V
Keep things relevant to the topic at hand rather than making useless comments on a support thread, thanks. -V[DOUBLEPOST=1492026148,1492010572][/DOUBLEPOST] Both of your health's should be fixed now. Let me know if that's correct. -V
