First time i tried PO2 i was amazed by how boosted the machines were - not all of them but the very basic and first ones like TE pulveriser, redstone furnace, Ender IO ones and so on.
However, on the server (i`m playing normal mode) there seems to be some kind of stuttering on my machines. It behaves like lag - progress bar goes fast then freezes, then after 3-4 seconds continues a bit more and so on. The problem is there is absolutely no lag on the server and i know that by trying with normal vanilla furnaces - they run smoothly without any problems. Machines are fully charged so power is definitely not the issue here.
I also noticed the Tinker's Construct smeltery smelts super slow as well.
For some reason people in chat ignore me when i ask about it so i don't know if i`m the only one with that problem.

I've noticed the same thing, its easy enough to fix though. just make sure the chunks loaded, by either standing in it or using a chunk loader.

use f9 twice to see chunk areas, then use iron chun loaders to load your stuff

Also make sure what ever you are using for power and power storage is loaded as well

Chunks around you are loaded, but tick slower if you are not in them, use chunkloaders to prevent that.

If you are not in the same chunk as the machine it will run slow, unless its chunkloaded.

Either your machines or power supply may not be loaded. Just check the f9 box and male sure they are in the same one with them, or place a chunk loader in that chunk
