So as title says I am stuck and can't type commands in game, so can't submit a ticket through game interface. miker5231 has his nether portal gated off and when I went through nether portal I created - I landed in his gated off portal on the return trip, so even if I log out and come back I return right back to not being able to type commands into chat, and I can't open gate since it's claimed by miker5231 Would appreciate if admin, or mod can remove the gate so I can get out of this nether portal. Thanks Edit: Sky Factory3 Node 2 - XYZ = 3822 59 4337 I cant see, or respond to chat since "t" key is not working while I am stuck in the portal and it won't let me return back to nether either
So when I posted this thread a combination of 3 admins and mods were online. Now they all left and didn't see my pleads for help. Guess I'm stuck here indefinitely watching the world shake back and forth.
Hi, I will put this in our chat so an admin might log on and help you out. Sorry for your inconvenience, but we don't get notifications on forum posts. Also in the future, if you need to post a ticket and cannot on one server, you can logout and log onto another server, as long as you specify what server the problem is.
We understand it can be frustrating, and all of our Staff (whom are all volunteers giving up their free time) do our best to resolve issues in a timely fashion. But it is important not to let that frustration turn into impatience and disrespect. Then things get ugly, the focus changes from having fun and no one wins. I am glad we were able to get your issue resolved. In the future, I suggest using /Is Home to get back from the Nether, as sometimes the Portals do link to alternate portals due to how MC does it's Portal linking. Good Gaming and Have a Great Day!
