When I started playing today on 09.08 server was kicking me for no reason for a few times when I was opening my me, doors etc. I was making my Ichor tools then, and i decided to hang them on a birch shelf for look, when I opened my me and selected sticks to take out sticks the server kicked me once again, so I decided not to join server for a few minutes, then when I logged in my Ichor tools that is: pickaxe, axe, shovel were gone as well as my leftover ichor and ichorcloth from my me. I would like to get my tools back as well to get somebody to fix that bug.
It stands clearly that the servers offer no return policy over lost items. It is like this for everyone.
This doesnt make any sense, I was grinding everything to get enough ichor for my tools, I was doing it for 3 days! And then bam, server is like nope, you cant have ichor, I'm gonna take your all 38 ichor.
We don't refund anything! Sometimes the staff give it back from their private things but that is in 90% just if someone got griefed and the stuff couldn't be returned! But in that case nope no refund.
I know I don't play Monster, but.. on every single server, no refund is defiantly a big nono. Unfortunately, there is no proof that you lost the items, and Moderators/Admins can't just go on the 'but I did have this, and that' I've lost a ton of items before, especially from griefs over here on B-team, and unfortunately I wasn't allowed the items back, because of the no refunding policy. I know exactly how you feel, but it's basically just something we have to put up with.
