Done capasitor seed

Hello everybody. I have a problem I would like to grow capacitor seed but for this i needs the powered lights but that are ban. Somebody know how to solve problem?

 

Have you tried other light sources, like blaze lamp?

 

yes but didn't works

 

Weird cause for me the blaze lamp worked. I put them to the top of the dark iron bars....
