Done Patron+ without Credit card

I'd like to buy Patron+ rank for 1 month, so I can have early access to the Age of Engineering Server. However, to set up recurring subscriptions in paypal, even if I cancel them right after, you need a credit card attached, which I don't have.

Now to the question: Is there any way I can buy patron+ for 1 month without starting the subscription? Like, can I pay 20 Eur in a normal donation and then get the rank for 1 month? Is this possible?
