Question about crossbows in PO2 Kappa

Whats the best crossbow that I can make
Parts should not include Infinity parts

Limb (Draw Speed, Arrow Speed, Melee Damage) - Lumium (0.5 Draw Speed, 6.5 Bolt Speed)
Body (Handle Modifier) - Pokefennium (3.0)
Tough Binding (Material Modifier) - Obsidian (Reinforced 3)
String - Fiery (Penalizes Draw Speed by 10%, +20% Bolt Speed, +20% Durability)
Bolt:
Tool Rod (Handle Modifier, Weight/Drop) - Pokefennium(heavy) or Pink Slime(light)
Tip (Damage!, durability, weight, break chance, accuracy) - Refined Glowstone
Fletching - Slime Leaf ( 94% accurate, 2% break chance, 1.4x handle mod, Jagged which increases damage as number of bolts decreases)
Crossbow mods:
1 Moss (Repair)
110 redstone (gets down to .25 draw speed)
450 lapis (Looting 3)
More Moss or Obsidian plates (Reinforced) or Pistons (Melee Knockback) after that
Bolt mods:
1 Moss (Repair)
144 Quartz (Sharpness/Damage) More when you can.

Whats the difference of Heavy and Light tool rods?

 

Heavy tool rods do more damage but fly slower and don't go as far I believe.
Or something like that.

 

Lol I remember when I played PO2 I made a huge list of every advantage and disadvantage of every material and combined all the best materials and checked the stats until I could get the perfect materials for a sword xD
