I have been playing on the AoE node 3 and I got into age 11 but I have no idea how to obtain more than 112 chrome ingots needed for the precision assembler multiblock. Finding 404 ruby ore is nearly impossible and waiting for void ore miner to mine it would take a very long time.
Welcome to AoE the further you go the grindier it gets. Counter intuitive I know, but that is basically how the pack has been designed, while most expert packs get slightly easier as you progress due to your technology AoE continues to be mean right to the end.
You need chrome too for a lot of other recipes, so there is no other way then to make a void ore miner with a red lens and let it mine rubies while u make other stuff u need.
It's unlikely that you'd be able to produce enough void ore miners to have a noticeable impact on the server, their logic really shouldn't be particularly expensive.
You really need better infrastructure too. A T4 void miner (you can build them at that level) should be able to get all the ruby ore you need fairly fast. You simply need the infrastructure to get it. From what I know of you you don't have even Age 5 level infrastructure (just based on your EU generation number). That said a T4 miner is quite cheap to run (4-10k RF/t) I think depending on speed upgrade number. Once you have a solid infrastructure the rest will follow. Good Luck
Your Best bet to catch up is to stop age advancing and get your infrastructure going from where its now realllly low and crank it into high gear like a well oiled war machine at peak effenicy
Use the red or whatever coloured lens ruby wants (I've forgotten which) and use as many speed-cores you can. Whilst seemingly a bit odd, Correct Lens + speed nets more wanted ores than Lens + Accuracy. Being in Age 11, you should have more than enough for a full T4 VOM
Actually for ore/rf accuracy is better however apparently the optimal setup is 1 acc +x speed where x= max upgrades-1. This makes the most of the desired resource.
