I think I know the problem it's something wrong with my inventory whenever I try to open a chest or craft or go into my storage system I crash
Looks more like a headcrumbs issue, which has been an issue in the past. The cloche issue I believe was resolved already with an update

It reports as a headcrumbs item, and you have a mob soul near by. I edited out the block where the crash was happening, but ultimately you are better off picking up the inventory and letting me delete it for you from your inventory.

Im not able to launch the game :C it starts the load screen but in the last step it just ends up crashing and closing by its self It says I run out of memeory but I have 8GB and I deleted almost all my games so it should be cleaned up as well can anyone help?

You cut off the crash-report, but basing on what it was last time there's a bad headcrumbs head crashing you and anyone who gets near it.
