(I am talking for the infinity evolved modpack but this could be affecting other packs as well) I was searching the nether for infernal hives from magic bees but no matter where i looked, i couldn't find any. So i downloaded an X-ray mod, joined a single player game, went to the nether and strangely enough, i still wasn't able to find any. And so i came to the conclusion that there may be a bug and they don't spawn or something like this which makes it impossible to get some breeds of bees. This could be wrong so i suggest that somebody searches the nether for an infernal hive (not to be confused with nether hives) which should look like an ardite ore. If this person fails to find any of them then you should probably sell them in the market. Also the NEI doesn't show beehives from magic bees. The ID for this one is 2216:4
xray removes all blocks that are not whitelisted. Also if it happens on SP, it's a pack issue, not a serber issue.
On Infinity Evolved Node 1, while strip mining the roof of the Nether, I have found several Infernal Hives. They exist, just not easily found.
I was doing some serious strip mining, and I think it was roughly like 1 Infernal Hive per dozen or so chunks I cleared. I started at the absolute ceiling of the Nether and worked a spiral pattern, 3 blocks high per pass (Hammer-Time!). Luck plays a role in it as well.
I found one in my base in the overworld. So they aren't just in the nether (although this is probably a 1 in a million chance)
