Title explains it. I changed my name before, my play time didn't reset (the old account stats got wiped, the new name had my playtime). Changed it again a few months back (from SuccinctMeme to CFrame), now I decided to play on the network again. Played for a minute, reconnected, my rank is reset to Lost Soul. Is there any possibility for me to have my old playtime back?
Update, the playtime is now on my new name and the old one got wiped. But: I still have the rank of Lost Soul, and in the /shop menu i can only choose from that. Even when it says the system promoted me for playing 5d, I'm still stuck at Lost Soul.
After a few days, /menu allowed me to select all the titles I earned so far again. Just removed the one I have and everything works again. Thanks!
