Just Joined AS2 and was asked to contact a staff member for a island transfer

Went ahead and took a look into your island. Seeing as long as you actively play (and not go offline for over 14 days) then you're safe to ignore the island transfer warning. Let us know if the counter goes below 14 days and we can look into it further, otherwise will be marking this as done seeing as the message is safe to ignore.
