I moved your pattern storage into one chunk which should fix this issue please keep them in one chunk and remove the big one you started to build, you will never need one this large and it will break the server.
Nvm, it was still causing issues. I disconnected it from your system for now as I have no idea why yours is causing issues while others don't. Maybe test what happens if you connect the pattern storage to a system without items.
