Done Ticket System

when ever i try to make a ticket it tells me to go to the ticket website because i need to prelogin atleast once but when i go there i am already logged in and it still wont let me make a ticket

Thank you for creating this forum. To create a ticket you will need to be logged into one of our servers.
Then you will need to run the command /ticket create
It will then generate a link which will direct you to your web browser from there all you need to do is fill it all in.

Okay, that is weird I will look into it for you.
In the mean time, please post in this thread what seems to be the reason you are creating a ticket so somebody or myself may help.

would you be able to post a screenshot of the error below?

 

i was going to create a ticket so that i could hopefully be unbanned from the discord and i could have my botania gaia 2.0 achievments reset so i can get them again after i died to a glitch. i would be fine with need to get them myself again but would like to have the ability to get them
