It launches normally, but when i try to join the server or try to load a single player map, it says loading or whatever and then just shows the background of where it is loading... i can move the mouse but cant exit fullscreen or quit minecraft... The background screen im talking about is the thing that appears just before you are on the server or in the world... (like after everything finishes loading) After waiting 30mins it still hasn't joined What can i do to fix this? edit: this is the last line in the log before it stops [12: 16 :46][Client thread/INFO][EnderCore]: Transforming net.minecraft.inventory.ContainerRepair Finished. and then after a long pause the next line is this [12: 30 :34] [MercuriusThread/INFO] [STDERR]: [java.lang.Throwable$WrappedPrintStream: println:748]: java.net.SocketException: Unexpected end of file from server seems like every 5 mins this happens again edit: added screenshot of where I'm stuck EDIT: I force updated the modpack. then i could join but since playing the last time, i died, but i couldnt press the respawn button for some reason.. so i had to quit minecraft again..... :/ and now not even force updating works (i have also tried reinstalling the modpack with no improvements) EDIT: Seems like other modpacks dont work for me either
Yeah just now I noticed Chrome was using like 5 gb of ram... after quitting chrome and opening it again its only using 250mb now
