Done Whats hurting me?

    I'm taking damage, from what appears to be nothing. No mobs on my mini-map or on screen, it might be radiation? or electricity? (seeing as those are invisible) I am unsure, please advise.

    Are you using any bound tools eg. shovel sword etc? Check if they are activated or not.
    Are you using bees?

    Or if you have rituals running, that could be it, if your soul network is empty. Or running sigils. Or an active ritual of the feathered knife.
