The last quest in Basic Survival, Regulate on the go, appears to be bugged. Other people on the server have reported it as well. Can we get this marked as complete, unclaimed please?
Have other people actually reported it? (I see no indication of this) What is actually bugged about the quest?
Did you craft the regulator before the quest? If memory serves it has a crafting requirement, and better questing, being better questing it expects you to craft the item again if you already have it. (This is only one option for BQ quest generation, but GWSheridan set a majority of these quests to Craft versus retrieval)
No, I did not. Figured that one out early in the quest book in this modpack. One of the other people on the server even said they crafted both items twice and still nothing. And I don't know if anyone else has reported it, we were just talking about it this morning, so I figured if it's still bugged and no one else has reported it I might as well. Not everyone reads the forums either.
While on FS working on lag, some players have brought to my attention that they also cannot submit this quest and therefore other quests in the line, even after multiple attempts. Looking at previous tickets, seems to be a mod issue?
I did raise a ticket. Though I must say I tried 2x times to get it (so I crafted the items twice) and my friend Mdelaqua also did his tries and none got the quest. No matter how many ways we tried (we know the questing system is temperamental sometimes)
I have fixed this. It didn't like the NBT data of the item. So I told the quest to ignore the NBT data and just look for the item. Not sure if this makes sense to you or not.
