You should make it that if your stuff isn't claimed then you don't get your things back and if it is you do because that means if this isn't implanted then the greifers get everything and the person who was grieved gets nothing it doesn't make sense and I was griefed and my stuff was claimed and they took everything and I feel sad.

If you're griefed, you dont get your stuff back. claim the area and make sure that it isn't possible to take stuff. oh and please fix your grammar. those sentences hurt my eyes and my brain.
If you have been griefed you should always make a ticket, this will help us remove the naughty players from the network, and give you an opportunity to have your items returned to you. Griefers do not keep the items they take from players, we track them down and return them to the rightful owners whenever possible. We do this as a courtesy to you our players. To destroy items because they were stolen from an unclaimed area is rather spiteful and it just makes everyone involved sad. Having a blanket policy of sorry it wasn't claimed leaves no room for extenuating circumstances, maybe a player ran out of claim blocks. I had one player dig into a river and go through a hole in a wall to then use the water that poured into my claim to pick up items that were washed away from the flowing water. It's something I hadn't considered when setting up a claim, but the naughty player did!

ehm, zone, staff can open any chest, any me system, and do anything they want to it they can simply take the item away from the player whether the player likes it or not.
Dont worry zone, if Wyndman is on it, the guys who griefed you are in -big- trouble. Wyndman will punish them and get you your stuff back for sure
