Implemented Ran out of saplings.

    I was playing on my island and when a massive lag spike hit me, a zombie came to me and knocked me off the edge of my island. In my inventory I apparently had the rest of my saplings.. So I am now saplingless and treeless. Is there anything I can do about that?
