Done item lost by server error

me and my friend lost all or stuff becaus of a node in the nether that sucks us in i know how we can get or tools back but it is claimed by a admin plz some one help

 

Those nodes destroy everything that falls inside them.

If the Hungry Node itself is within the Admin claim, it'll take a Jr.Admin or higher to deal with it. If it's simply a matter of the grave being on the claim, right clicking it should open the grave.

 

i know that but there is no way you can get you items back becaus you cant build anything

 

I believe the problem is that if they were to get close enough to open the graves they would die, and if they did the node would eat their items anyway, while if the node were not in an admin claim they could simply destroy it to save their items. Correct?

 

yeah i know but if it wasnt a admin claim i could easily get my stuff back by building blocks in it

I have gone ahead and removed the node from the nether spawn, sorry about that.
Unfortunately I was unable to locate your missing items, and unfortunately this means that they will fall under our No-Refunds policy as we do not creatively spawn in items. Specifically the deaths portion from the following quote.
