Done Unable to log on for the first time

I wanted to try a pack that had thaumcraft on it, since my whole inventory + a double chest worth of extreme valuables was just lost on a Beyond, which I was wanting to quit already, so I picked out this pack, but when I had sorted everything out like the versions and missing mods, I was able to get on the server for less than a second, because it then kicked me and told me "You are not allowed to use FerretContracts, if you think it should be allowed, please request it on our forums."

Is this intentional, as some sort of whitelist, or are we supposed to be able to join normally?

Either way, I'd really like to be able to play on this server.

 

It sounds like your pack version does not match the one on the sever. I'd suggest using the MyM launcher, or if you are forceupdate your pack since something went awry.

Yes, I can't seem to log on to the pack unless I use the MYM launcher, but I'd like to use the ftb launcher, on a related note, how do I disable the mod that makes entity drops look more "realistic"? It keeps making my thaumcraft altars look weird, with the items seizing on the pedestals.

 

Please make sure you are using the correct pack version(0.2.2), as for the mod, I’ve never played FB so I’ll have to look into it and get back to you

When I loaded up the pack in 2.2, it told me I was missing some "custom stuff" mod, when I put that mod into the pack from the internet, it kept kicking me from the server because I didn't have some perms or something. The pack literally wouldn't let me get in without having that mod, just a blank screen saying I was missing the mod, with a dirt background.

When I do that it gives me an error every time I open it, saying something about installing the customstuff 3 mod, with no buttons to proceed.

 

I'll take the screen shot in a few, but the launcher I use is the FTB launcher

 

This might help
Go in find the fb folder delete the entire folder then re-download the pack and if that doesn't help
Use the Mym launcher

 

I suggest useing the Mym launcher sinces the ftb legacy launcher is getting oldish since they moved to curse/twitch launcher
