Implemented Crash 2 Nether

    the nether / City world isn't wokring on Crash 2 (not sure if this is intentional or not)

    you can't get to the cities through the nether portal, is this still being worked on or a bug?

    they haven't made a world called ruins and the random teleport doesn't know where to teleport you.
