It looks like you are connecting then getting kicked, my suggestion is to use our launcher, if you are delete the entire AGN folder and try again.
I was using your launcher, redownloaded the AGN pack and am encountering the same issue see http://vistarp.co.uk/log/log1.html for an updated log
