Hi guys,

There was an update for the PixArk server today, but while the developers have pushed the update for the server, the end user game client has yet to receive the update on Steam. Upon attempting to join you will receive a version mismatch, unless you somehow have the updated version. Sadly this issue is 100% out of our hands, and we'll have to wait for the update to be pushed by the developer.

Due to popular demand, we will be resetting the map and changing the level seed to hopefully encourage biomes to properly generate.

We apologize for the bumpy ride here, and hope you understand.

P.S. if something totally messes up in this process, we do have a backup of the current save.

 

Hi Guys! The update for PixArk has gone live! If its not showing up for you, please restart your steam and it should be in your download queue. As we have just restarted the map as Snow said above, we are currently verifying that the new map (the server is password protected while we verify) has all the biomes and features it was supposed to have. We have the server on password protection while we do this

We've got the world seed sorted out, and now have a more appropriately balanced map. You will have the option to respawn at a rally point, we recommend spawning at rally point 6 for now. In doing this, you will have the option to either start a new survivor, or use the one already on the server that may or may not already have leveled up and learned skills. The choice is yours!

Snail Games USA huh? That developer has a pretty... meh reputation. Dark and Light didn't turn out so well after all, and has been in early access for a really long time, still is. This one could be different, yes, but I'd be careful; don't blindly trust the developers on this one ^^

Sorry, but I'm a total noob... All I'm getting is a load screen that never loads (the blocks in the right lower corner keep spinning and spinning and spinning...) Please Help!

So my version is 1.7 and the server version is 1.6 x.x or am i reading that wrong but either way cant join the server and just bought the game too...
