Done Cant join server

hi guys,

ive been having a few issues getting on to the server, today im loading minecraft its self and its just saying minecraft has closed to an unexpected error with no crash-report. and when i was trying to get on to the server yesterday i was getting this

im now getting = connection lost, fatally missing blocks and items when trying to connect to the server

try to reinstall the modpack ?
