Heya, we're having a little [Major] issue all quest data seems to be lost, we could really use some help please as soon as possible. I'm not staff, nor wish to tell you what to do but I feel the issue could be solved by easily Taking the player quest files from the backup around 4:30Pm EST On 5/3/2018, and loading them into the current file set. (If possible) Anyways, God speed and love yall <3

An manager or funder have to look into it but staff can poke them and also try discord it sometimes acts faster but a forum ticket is best like this And sorry for your loss of quest data
Hey guys, i alerted the Admin team about this yesterday, im not sure whats gone on here but that doesnt look like it was reset as quests would show, but i wouldnt know to the fullest as i dont know a whole lot about BQ, this looks like BQ (BetterQuesting) was disabled. If it was disabled it wouldve been posted in the changelogs that it was but maybe they forgot to post it there, hence why i asked. Now, if it was reset server wide, it would have to do with a corrupt file within BQ itself that could have only been fixed by resetting it server wide, im still awaiting confirmation on the situation as its being looked into, i just ask that you remain patient while its ongoing. I or another Admin/member of staff will post here when and if we get an update on whats going on. Thank You.
Thank you Twisty, just to add, only the initial quest are availiable (as in starting from the beginning with the free gift). Everything else from the quests are all reseted. The picture with the blank quest screen happened cause I didn't click on the first tab for the quests. but I can assure you it has reset. Its like starting a new island.
Hello again guys, SirWill has confirmed that it breaks from time to time, but good news! The quest progress should be back! Can you confirm so we can close out this support thread?
good thing im online and saw the notice to your reply. The quest has "not" been restored. and it has actually re-reseted itself. I started to do just a few to test. and today when i joined again, it was resetted. I restarted the game to see if my game didnt register it. Still we have the problem.
Hello again guys, i have confirmed in-game that the quests have broken, and SirWill has confirmed that BQ broke. Due to this the questing data has been reset, due to a BQ file that was too large to fix. This came with an unfortunate reset to everyones questing data, there was nothing we could do about it. We are sorry about this and hope that you all understand why the quests where reset. As this support thread is now complete, i will be marking this as solved.
