Done Too close to a claim inside subdivided claim

I own a subdivided claim and those trusted in the subdivisions are not able to place water, ME cables etc. due to the main claim being too close. Is there any way of turning this off without trusting them in the main claim?

 

I'm pretty sure i tried that. However, since they're rather inactive, it isn't that big of a deal for me anymore.
