Pedestal option for Tekkit Legends

On tekkit legends I tried to create a pedestal for my growth ring on crops. It was banned for time change fro mthe timeflow watch. I was wondering if it would be possible to ban the watch instead of the pedestal for other ring uses like growth. Thank you for reading my suggestion.

I think the real problem is that people would over use them and lagg out the server like people do with agricraft sprinklers

 

agricraft sprinklers are an issue

 

It was banned for performance issues, players went wild with them when they were active. @bigbluu722 Has a video floating around somewhere with his setup back in the day
