With all the recent crashes I have had with the FTB Continnum pack from NBT to big errors while passing someone's base. I was wondering if it would be possible to add the feature to the website where you can select the server you are on and reset your position to spawn.
If you hop on the hub, you can make a ticket and request to be moved to spawn by a moderator. It would be interesting if this was a feature added though, it could save some of the moderators time.
This is a frequently issue right now because the flux network mod does have a bug which is fixed with the next update. We just have to wait until it gets updated. We can also remove the mod from the server but I'm pretty sure some players use it without issues. Also if we just teleport everyone to the spawn without trying to fix those chunks then over time you will crash/disconnect all over the place.
I can see that your reply is from an administrators viewpoint so I thought I would add a players viewpoint. Being able to change your position gets you out of the crash which means you can get on the server and either investigate what is causing the crash and file a ticket or carry on playing the game if it does not happen again. I know there are ways to ask a mod to do it but on a few occasions none were available so that was the end of minecraft for the day. I currently have a ticket open for a crash on my space station and am being asked is it resolved. Well I don't know. If I go check it out and it's not, I end up in a crash loop and have to get someone to reset me to spawn if I want to carry on playing . If I had the option to reset myself it would be an easy job to check and report back. There are various reasons why it helps a player out tremendously being able to change your position.
