Its still a patron only server and I am sure some people have either gotten to a point where it is too boring, or people have completed the pack to an extent, also, many people moved over to revelations as well.
My theory is... It is patron only Groups of patrons whom joined it blazed through its content. It's a difficult pack.
Also to add on to what Wynd said, it's a pack that (in my opinion) forces you to do things a certain way to get something you want.
You had to grind them out so much. There was no way to automate since its an age 0 thing and the one that dropped the full gem was super tough to kill at age 0 items. In my singleplayer world I just spawned em in because I wasn't having any fun dying over and over again.
