Since I wasn't getting any response I decided to move this thread to here. I am unable to access my old account (Marc_Reid) so I have created a new account named Danny123465 and I was hoping it would be possible to transfer my items and ownership in the modpacks Project Ozone 2, Galactic science and Age of Engineering.
You also could've made a ticket in game about this issue, not that it matters because you'll still get help anyways but maybe the ticket would've been faster. Try /ticket next time you run into an issue like this.
Not really, the only sort of thing I would have is possibly crash logs, some of them show my old name and others that were on the server at the time, otherwise all I could do is describe my bases. The last one may be better since I haven't logged on to the server with my new account yet so there wouldn't really be a way for me to know.
I'm not trying to be impatient but I fear of losing my claims. It would be very nice if someone could actually look into this.

Hey Danny123465, You need to log into AOE soon so that I can transfer the claim to you. Unfortunately, I can't get your claims back on either Project Ozone 2 or Galatic Science as you have been gone for around 18 days on each one. Awaiting your response.
Oh, well that's a shame, nonetheless I have logged into AOE now, thank you for your help. Is there anything you could do about the items I had in my inventory?
