I had this error with the Spawner Controller back when it was not banned. The machine still worked, not sure if it effects server performance somehow.
What are the settings on the tesseract for items and fluids? As the error message suggests, something connected to the engine is trying to access its inventory (which it doesn't have), and presumably the tesseract is responsible f0r whatever reason. Regardless it's nothing to worry about.
