Done Blocks disappearing when mining

    When mining blocks they disappear.
    I've lost:
    3 Draconic fusion crafting injector.
    20 Growth crystal tier 3.
    25 Awakened draconium block

    The server has restarted, and I've restarted my game. But it is still happening.

    I can't play when everything dissappearing.

    Can someone please help?

    Is this still an issue? This normally fixes itself after a server restart.

    Thanks for your reply. It's no longer an issue. I was using a wrong pickaxe.
