As of now i cant find genetic template in JEI. Not sure if it is done on purpose or it is just bug. EDIT: it can be crafted but for some reason it is not shown in JEI. As well as some of the bees dont have their line of breeding.
Same in Singleplayer. Also: Fluix Bees dont have way to breding shown. Not sure if they can be breeded. It is from MagicBees. EDIT: So silicon , certus, fluix be dont have the breeding tree shown in JEI. If i found more i will probably statr new post. EDIT 2 : Okey i think it is ID colisions as Silicon princes has ID 4324/0 and shares the ID with Resilient and Fossilized princess
Ohh... then i think i have found that they have fixed bees before like in pack version 1.5.0 Closed - A lot of the Bees are missing from JEI | Feed the Beast Open - Missing Bee recipes | Feed the Beast wasnt able to find a way how to report it to them or if they know about this issue. So if someone know how please report it to them. Also it looks like that it might not be a ID problem. Dont know dont understand that. for now i knwo theese bees are not showing their breading. Hey Fousicek, By the looks of things it has already been reported to FTB, and as such, we are going to mark this as done as there is nothing we can do to fix this without breaking the modpack for random people who do not have our launcher. Have an awesome day! -Colin

A lot of that sort of stuff is handled internally by FTB. Not sure when it will be fixed or if they are even planning on fixing it. You could try this JEI Addon mod that might help: Overview - JEI Bees - Mods - Projects - Minecraft CurseForge Not sure if it will work with the server but agian, you can try it. Gonna mark this as done.
