I've seen bots, that when there is a message that contains "trigger words" it will reply with something. For example when someone asks "What's the IP for X server" the common reply is to type the command !ips That's alright but why not make it more automatic? Like when a message has the words "whats, ip" just replies with the link for the IPs list? Or when someone said "unban, me" or "i got banned" just reply with the link for the ban appeal? Or "when is server updating" let them know that the Admins take time to verify if there is no issues People could get upset for getting an "automated" reply, yes. But they would have one like instantly and it would most likely match to what they were asking.
