Took 64 nether stars, 6 stacks of wither heads, 100s of glowstone, 100s of diamond ore from friend's base, which i am trusted. Each time i took something, the server crashed, rolled back, and items had been deleted. No longer in my inventory and no longer in the inventory of my friend's base. As brandonlk mentioned in his post, we cannot do anything about returning the items unfortunately, due to our no refund policy. Seeing as there isn't much we can do, I'm going to go ahead and mark this as done. -V
This issue is still happening. I don't care about getting the old items back. The server is still crashing and deleting items every time I go to his base.
