Done Purple Slime Islands? Requesting info please... :D

The pack is default set to spawn these islands in the overworld (proof here: note the island floating in the background)

So since these aren't spawning in the overworld void, where are we meant to look for. I've heard a lot of suggestions from players (with no concrete proof or confirmation from any of them) so i'm looking for someone who KNOWS which DIMs the config is set to allow island spawning in please... or if a player who has played on THIS server knows where to find them as they have found them personally.

Basically: Where are we meant to get them other than the usual overworld?

 

This is an example of the problem as seen today in server chat. Slime access early on is needed for a few essential items and not having access to said slime is a pain in the booty.

 

Do you just need any ol' slime? I have a platform set up in a slime chunk at my base and I'm getting slime spawns like crazy on it. If it's specifically purple slime, I'm not sure about that.

 

[Update / Solution]: Future forum searchers: The Slime islands "supposedly" spawn in the farm world as indicated by the person who hooked me up with a couple dirt and saplings. If I am online and you are looking for purple slime saplings, HMU, i got you.

@cbrozak - As far as i can tell the only way to get each of the slime grasses is to find the spawned in island. (i'm not talking about the <color> slimy grass, but the actual colored dirt and grass.

now that im thinking about it, its the dirt that might be the key... either way, its not that big of a deal at this point. Thanks for posting this, it reminds me that i need to update the OP up top.

 

Hunting dim has those islands (at least one)... at least this is where i found my saplings...
