Patched the following mods to prevent them from loading chunks after they got unloaded GregTech LogisticsPipes TorchMaster ExtraUtils EnderIO (Chunk loading can cause lag spikes depending on what is in the chunk.) Fixed chunkmanager verifying the block before checking if the owner is online (This caused the chunk of iron chunk loaders to get loaded for a moment to verify the block type.)
Disabled /rtp World because that dimension is unused. Fixed not being able to launch rockets from Overworld. [doublepost=1575144437,1575144401][/doublepost] Added modpatch to Thermal Expansion to enable breaking of Creative items.
