i think there is need for regrowth server because: 1. every day someone is going to say something about regrowth in discord or the forum. 2. it is a really good modpack with one of the best quest. 3. it not like their isnt a place for the server crundeecraft is here with 0 play almost always . 4. i think i need to say it again why is crundeecraft still here with 0 player everyday. 5. there is going to be more Bring back regrowth no just by me a lot of peoples with to play this regrowth again. even there is no reason to now open regrowth server again i want to hear why do u thing it should open again and why it should be open again.
im sure gray is going to say something bad about regrowth because he couldnt even make a crafting table
Best quest based pack with out of the cookie cutter mods. One of the only packs i always return to and have fun. I still miss having a decent Regrowth server to play on /nods

It may be buried, but its not forgotten. This is the story of Regrowth Rotten. (The rest of the song doesn't really fit my point, because it was shut down before it was allowed to fade away. My my, hey hey.) I've kept my save files from the resets in 2016 and 2017 and the shutdown in 2018, but for some reason its just not the same, perhaps because my lakeside tower in 2016 is now a landlocked tower with a swimming pool as the seed doesn't generate the same biomes. It makes the same terrain, so the terrain matches right up to any ocean or tall wasteland mountain range cuts in or out. But thinking it will be restored now is a bit far fetched when there were at least three Patreons crying out for its survival at the time it was shut down. I miss it. At least I can still play Galactic Science.
that was a map wipe though, not a closing server ! surprised we got 8 yes votes though, lets keep our fingers crossed!
I'll forever push to bring back regrowth. It was closed because we were not active enough on a daily basis, so analytically it just looked like non one cared. If the ball gets big enough it's going to pick up speed and roll out a new regrowth I hope.
There is a secret vote in the discord announcement channel. You just have to find it. If you don't you wouldn't have figured out how to make a crafting table either.

I have seen this answered by staff before, I'm not sure where exactly the quote is though. But the gist of it is that the server still brings in a lot of new players to the network. If it's still alive it is driving new players to it, we tend to be more patient if it's seeing new faces even if they don't stay. They may have moved elsewhere on the network is the rationale. Regrowth was suffering from infrequent visits by new and old alike, it also suffered from issues of the technical persuasion. @Kronnn and I worked on the issues, but the last option we came up with was to reset the server again adding additional restrictions, when the population cratered it wasn't worth the time consuming process.
