    Hello Team,

    I have a problem with my island I was not active for a while and when I got back online everything was gone Can I get my island back?

    Most likely not. Their is a claim deleter that removed inactive ( no login for two weeks) from the server.

    That being said, how long were you gone for?

    I was not online for 3 weeks because my pc was broken and now the island is gone

    Unfortunately we cannot bring your island back. In the future if you are going to be gone longer than 2 weeks, but less than a month, you can request an absence on the forum or discord and we can increase the deletion timer.
