Done Problem with Fire

    If you cant place fire then you are not able to make sulfurous acid for which you have to be able to burn a block of sulfur and because of that you cant make a batterie and because of that you cant store RF.
    My suggestion is to turn on fire at least in the farm world.

    Put a Flint and Steel in a Dispenser, that can make fire.

    As Sandy said, a flint and steel in a dispenser pointing downward at the block of sulfur will work.
