Did this start yet? I am on crack pack right now and I don’t see the kit available and the claims have not been removed, yet I see a lot of random destruction across the overworld.

I'm so sorry folks! It's mostly my fault since the time was more or less set by me. My thinking was to allow the whole day of the 2nd for users to pack up and leave if they wanted to and then at 12 AM GMT the event starts. My apologizes for the confusion!
