So I am an idiot, was getting rid of the original platform coz, well OCD. Problem is didn't move spawn point and creeper crept up and pushed me off while i was filling in the hole so i just re-spawn and fall again . anyway to fix this, or just have to restart island again? If restart how can i do that when I just die when i log in? Again I do know I was stupid.

Unfortunately, sometimes the staff actually has to see you fall to really say that you fell. No, this is the same situation I have with Infinity skyblock. I fell when fly malfunctioned and now I am hung up in a constant fall with no way out but quit. I haveent been back and probably wont till the problem is fixed. I have had three people look at it and I request moving my character to the server side of the program and that still didnt help. Maybe you will get the assistance you need.
Hello LuffyKingPirate, Sorry about the death usually its safe to teleport a falling player. I removed all your position, motion, and fall data from your player data. The server will place you at the server spawn point next time you login. You shouldnt be falling and should be ok. HanoverFist69 @misscatlin1951 I did the same for you and you should be ok as well. I didnt see a ticket or anything so that's probably why your issue got lost. Sorry about that.
I think that Adionisus had picked it up and I was told that the problem would be repaired but I think they forgot. Please if you get the chance to pull my character off of the island and then allow me to go to ./is spawn, then I think it will be all right, but as an afterthought, place me near my crafting table and get rid of any of the falling routine, I should be ok.
@misscatlin1951 I moved your inventory to a chest on your island and removed your player data. You should be ok now.
