Done Inability to change Carpenter's Slopes in hand

    Hello Everyone.

    I am unable to change Carpenter's blocks wedge slopes in hand.

    When holding the Carpenter's Slope, I should be able to use the mouse scroll-wheel while sneaking to cycle through the available designs without placing down the block first.

    However, when I try on the server, nothing happens. This forced me and others to place down every slope, then whack it with a Carpenter's hammer up to 10 times to get the desired block.

    This is a recent problem. I remember playing a couple months ago with no such difficulty. Perhaps it was a change in the config that was overlooked?

    I believe this was done intentionally to prevent an exploit, but I'm not positive it applied to 1.7.10+ maybe an @Administrator can comment on it.

    A lot of scroll wheel functions are disabled because of potential dupes like @wyndman said. This probably won't be fixed.
