    I have played many modpacks, this is my second time playing regrowth, but for some reason in the "What the world teaches" tab, I have crafted the Mail Order Catalog 3 times now, and I let my duo craft it once too, and the quest will not complete.

    That quest doesn't detect, you need a senior mod to complete it.
